Time Keeps on Spinning
Wow! It’s June already. (Or, if you’ve been waiting for the end of the school year to arrive, perhaps you might think Wow. It’s June, finally.)
Either way, it’s just a few short days until Camp 2009 starts. The CPC has been finalizing their plans and collecting what they need. The staff is already beginning to pack their materials and check on their laundry. (Well, some of them, anyway.) The logistics of putting on this camp are significant. Except for the buildings and the main meals, we pretty much bring everything we will use during the week with us for the week. Office supplies. Music. Sound system. Liturgy supplies. Scripts. Handouts. Craft supplies. Props. Snacks. You can tell that the staff is excited because they are willing to do all of this as volunteers! (And the family members of the staff are such good sports about all of this.)
